Your objective:

Analyse the performance of business units and deliver reporting to track the activities at the levels of products (Funds, Treasury,.).

Your contribution:

• Analyze the performance (P&L)
• Deliver reports with analysis and explanations of results
• Implement and track Performance Measures to match with audit and legal expectations

Your profile:

The position requires a strong first professional experience in a similar position, in a bank (private banking, funds industry, investment banking):

• superior education with tsolid echnical skills especially in terms Accountancy (whether through Professional qualification or practical exposure)
• advanced knowledge of the products you will work on (Funds, Treasury for example)
• high degree of planning, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills. Financial management knowledge, creativity and determination are also necessary.

The position is opened to consultants or business analysts who can demonstrate a track record in implementing and operating MIS environments and who are willing to work close to the business.

Strong communications and presentational skills are essential. French is a must and multiple language fluency including English.

The selection process will pay particular attention to the soft skills of the candidate (negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure) and to the effective track record. The position is offered to Swiss citizens and to EU nationals.
