Management of growth and performance initiatives

This executive role which reports to the General Management of the bank is focusing on programs which address directly the growth and the competitiveness. A key part of the job is the lead of initiatives across the global organisation.

You demonstrate a significant experience as a manager of strategic initiatives. You enjoy a role which offers a good balance between planning / thinking processes and operational involvements. Your track record includes:

-          References of major initiatives that you have managed from a to z and that you have converted into successes;

-          Practice of the international banking market including Private Banking, Corporate Finance and Investment Banking;

-          Superior communication and inter-personal skills which help you to push ahead your ideas and to federate the organisation.

The position is opened to candidates with a superior education (business or scientific) and who are ideally graduated from a business school, ged between 30 and 35. The application of professionals from international management consulting firm specialized in banking and in strategy will be considered.

Fluent French is required for this position based in Western Switzerland. The working environment is first class and the policy is the bank is based on medium and long term views.
